Tim is no strange to high stress situations. A nearly 20-year veteran of the New York Mercantile Exchange, he traded in the high-speed, heart attack inducing crude oil futures. You just don’t treat small business owners this way and he decided it was time for a change. That’s when he got a hold of Steve Oliver from TCS.
