For the month of June 2018, we’re recognizing Coastal Craft Kombucha from Oceanside, NY.
Coastal Craft Kombucha, founded in 2015, started as a small home brewing operation in Long Island. Later, they were able to grow their business to a commercial production area and brewery in Oceanside, NY. Their love for kombucha comes from the desire to stay fit and active and eat as healthy as possible, but also enjoy as much flavor that life has to offer at the same time. At Coastal Craft Kombucha they use ALL organic teas, herbs, spices, and flowers to make their authentic kombucha and add just the right amount of fresh pressed juice for an amazing end result.
What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea traditionally made from Water, Tea, Sugar, and a Scoby, which is a culture of healthy bacteria and yeast. Kombucha is naturally carbonated, and like beer, a kombucha taproom needs CO2 to offer a perfect fizz with every pour.
Tri-State Carbonation Service recently teamed up with Coastal Craft kombucha to offer them a new 550 lb. tank of bulk CO2 for their taproom.
Coast Craft Kombucha posted on their Instagram:
“A big thank you to Tri-State Carbonation Service for our install of a new 550 lb. tank that’s going to make it a lot easier to bring everyone even more Downright Delicious kombucha! Very friendly and professional staff and would recommend them to anyone looking for bulk co2 in a heartbeat!”
